HR and Admin Permanent, Full-Time, Asia (Except Japan)
Job description
- Responsible for overall human resources operations and functions.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and work closely with senior management to develop and enforce company policies and practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limit to talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, induction training, people development, performance management, and provision of all HR operational activities to ensure business needs are properly and timely met
- Responsible for day-to-day C&B operations including payroll, taxation and employee benefits and in compliance with legislative requirements
- Ensure payroll processing and staff benefits are timely and accurately calculated
- Collaborates with business leaders to ensure organizations goals and business strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and staff retention strategies are in place
- Design and deploy HR policies and processes that support organizations goals & business growth
- Ensure organization in compliance with local employment laws and regulations,
- Recommend best practices; or to review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Provide advice to business managers or leaders on HR queries and employee relation matters, including disciplinary / grievances handling and ensuring compliance with local labour rules and regulations.
- Manage the team to ensure an optimum level of HR services to staff at all levels
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, implementing programs that foster a strong organizational culture, high employee morale, retention strategies, and a sense of pride in the workplace.
